Overview

Coordinator : Shobha Jonathan Members : Mr. Jesmon, Mr.Manoj and Ms. Amrutha K P. ISR is a Body/Committee formed under St. Francis College in the Academic year 2019-20 with a purpose of creating awareness and need of social responsibility, applying it through various programs and activities by the faculty and students of various Departments throughout the year. The Social Responsibility helps students and teachers build up commitment towards the society socially, morally to the various sectors and communities of the society. Students and faculties of various departments are encouraged to come forward with various social responsibility activities like green initiatives, plantation, best out of waste or theatre events etc. every Academic year, to be part of Social Responsibility of St Francis college.

Objectives

□ To create a concern and responsibility towards all social and environmental causes.
□ To make students creative thinkers in giving solutions to social concerns.
□ Provide opportunities to students to showcase their talents and skills in giving solutions to social needs.
□ To build up spirit among students and staff the positive thinking of doing good and giving back to society for the welfare of all.
